Thrive alive B1 and H&G Algen Extract

They appear to be both Kelp based growth boosters.

My question, can you use both together or not? Or is it best to use one or the other? Which one is best?

I'm currently using this nutrient recipe below for early stage veg with RO water. I have a bottle of the H&G Algen Extract but wasn't sure if I can use with the Thrive Alive B-1 or not.
