Well other than completely flushing out your res you will want to set some traps for adult thrips, and spray the leaves to kill lavae before they drop, and wipe down your grow area with the spray as well. If you do not have a garden center in your area then try this. Get some garlic oil or if no garlic oil then crushed garlic in cooking oil, strain it and in the remaining oil add one teaspoon of liquid soap (non-odorized if possible). Then add 2 tablespoons to your spray bottle and spray the underside of your plants when lights come on, also spray some into a rag and wipe everything down. Also if you have any ordinary fly spray whose only ingredient is pyrethrum, then spray some of that into the spray bottle as well, a couple of seconds is all it takes.

That should take care of the lavae which grows under the leaves. Next is the adults. Since there are no garden stores in your area you need to make some homemade sticky traps. You need something very sticky that is the color blue. Thrips are attracted to that color. Something like a sugary drink or sticky substance, blueberry jam etc, in a see through bottle to attract them inside. They get stuck in the sticky stuff. Best thing is to try and not get them again. Cover your intakes with a stocking or something.
