Thrip infestation

Hi , I think I’ve come across a thrip infestation in my indoor grow room , the ladies are currently in their third week of flowering and I’ve noticed small split like markings with tiny black dots on the leaves , I just wanted to know if I should use a spinosad product to spray the leaves without harming the flower or spray consisting of 1/10 alcohol

Monterays Spinosad is what worked for me, I had a rather large infestation and spraying tops and under sides of leaves once every 3 days wiped them out in 3 sprays. Erradicated.
