Threat or no? Bore worm?

I was gone for five days so I gave my girls a really good soaking. This little bastard wiggled up out of the soil. Anything to worry about? How do I get rid of them?
Is this a bore worm? Should I treat all of my trees in the yard along with my girls?
So many questions. Im concerned.

Looks like a beetle larva to me. Some can feed on roots and be harmful if there’s lots of them, while some are beneficial, depends on the beetle type and it’s difficult to tell even for some experts from a picture. I wouldn’t worry too much unless you saw a bunch.
