Hey guys I was scrolling through my Instagram feed when I came across this video of some people putting some drops on a joint and was wondering if u guys might know what it is?

Definitely a flavor thing. Looks like a bottle of e-juice.
Could also be some commercialized smoke-able substance like JWH-018 or AM-2201
