my friend thinks that after you sex a plant by going from a 24hr cycle to 12/12 that you can put that plant back into a 18hr light cycle to put it back into veg and use it as a mother plant. can you do this or will it make that plant hermaphrodite?

not to much chance of herming the plant if you do it once, just dont keep changing the lights
