the main ingredient is mdma and then it is "cut" with whatever the cook wants (coke, heroin, meth, ect.) thats why each one has a different effect. but the mdma mostly releases all the seritonin into your brain while whatever its cut with takes its own effect on the rest of you. and when they combine it creates a completely unique type of high. wit that said...i only know about weed bruh.
