what is the yellowing?
what is the small brown spots?

Have you checked soil ph and the ph of the solution when watering?

yes i have. watering of whatever solution is always below 7, i usually start off at 6.5-6.7 and in the medium is below 7. it gets higher in the week, but never/almost never above 7.

I suck at diagnosing problems. But, here's a pretty good guide I've used quite a bit: http://www.ganjaguerrilla.net/index.htm

Check out the ph problems, zinc, iron - they all look similar to what you have going on. The dark spots have me leaning to a ph problem. Do you think you are overwatering? What is your watering schedule? Do you let your pot get fairly dry before watering? Best of luck to you.

Yellowing can be an Nitrogen Def.
have you switched to nutes with more p and k and less N when you went to flowering cycle? and how heavy are you going on the nutes?

thanks for talking me thru these problems.
i have been using grape sweet and molasses so i doubt it is a mineral problem.
i am leaning towards over-watering. and maybe a little heat stress and poor ventilation.

every one of these WW have a whole different personality..

my watering schedule is like when ever the pots seem very light compared to a water/feed with run off. sometimes 2-3 days or 3-4 days. the plants range in soil-less medium from 1 to 4 gallon containers.

i had gray mold on top of the soil yesterday and used 3% H2O2 (1 tbsp in 1/2 gal) and just sprayed the top of the soil. problem solved.

sometimes the well water has a lot of solids in it and have no way to check that, and i just go by below 7 pH with vinegar. I sometimes have to add more vinegar than i'd like to cause of the molasses.
could that be the problem..too much vinegar has offset some of the minerals? pH is below 7.

could this be root bound? they are 3 days into flowering, and have had plenty stress. i wanted to see their sex before transplanting some..(space issues).

i fed with the infamous MG 24-12-12 one week ago, and at 50%. i always use superthrive, and molasses every water. and bone meal mix is in the soil-less.

is a flush due?

Maybe you're right about it being (2) issues. One of the pics looks like it has a bit of nute burn on the tips of the leaves. But there is also yellowing of the new growth in the center of the tops. And brown spots.

Why do you use superthrive with every water? That seems like overkill. In any event, I like your idea of doing a flush. I'd wait for it to dry out again, then do the flush.

you seem like you have everything under control. A fungus my could possibly cause some damage. Hydrogen peroxide can be added as a precaution to treat for fungus without any adverse effects.

Might try to lay off the watering for a while let them droop a little then use clean water and see if there is a good response.

thx, oasis515,
me too thinks that; especially this morning. i am having a prob keeping pH down. but the main deal is me thinks also too that i am definitely over watering. i will not water this whole week and let my plants droop.

i have read where it is good to have your plants go wet and dry occasionally. they will go dry this time.
wish list; a moisture meter, 8; 5 gallon buckets and more 2700k 26 watt CFLs to replace some 6500k, not all tho.
i have found 3 females today, all of them WW.

the big bad and bushy Mazar x Afghan do not show any thing but growth..and lots. but these 3 really MAs need their moisture, so these will be an exception.

main deal for me to learn is that this run off deal does not apply to me in an organic soil less such as MG. bad drainage even with perlite and sand. !!

Click on the forum you want to post in. For example: "marijuana plant problems". On the right hand side you will see a green tab called "new thread". Click on that. You should be fine from there.

it is a ph problem. vinager isnt buffered. your ph will stay the same for maybe a day or so but the effect of the vinager will expire. get some real up and down. if ya dont believe me make a bottle if ur water 2 or 3 days before ya use and then test it when the time come. goodtimez and goodluck
