Lets say a fixture has a 75 watt limit. So does that mean I can put a 75 watt CFL in there or can my max only be a 20 W Cfl with a 75 equivelant?

75w CFL. Not a cfl equal to a 75w incandescent.

75w. is allways gona be 75 watt... i dont know how that could change to be honest...
