No. Peel that off the cotyledon.

Its good. Lightly grab the tip and see if it comes off. If it don't right away get it wet for a few mins and try again

@Dumbguyneedshelp good eye on seeing that it was the seed husk it almost looked like a shriveled up leaf. Mine usually sprout yellowish pale and turn bright green after a day of light.

Haha Ty Ty. And same here but I have had a few that germinate longer or get started deeper might be green sometimes
