I have not always been aligned the way I am today. And through the years I have known several good friends who shared my alignment but died before TSHTF. Sometimes I wonder where their politics would be today. I wonder if the scales would have fallen from their eyes, and, if so, when?

But it should be noted: Sarah Palin was never more than a governor for an eccentric and sometimes misguided state. Yes, she was a candidate for the Naval Observatory but she never had a real chance of winning. All countries have their loonies. Though too many of us are looking to her with adoration. And, for the record, she will never again serve as an elected official. I promise.
