This carbon filter? for odor and cooling?

Hey everyone, I plan to grow 2 auto bubbleliscious plants very soon.
My grow box would be 2x2 with an undetermined height of 4-5 feet.

I did the calculations and it seems like this carbon filter/fan would be the appropriate one to get?

Also, would this be enough to cool all of my CFL's?
I'm planning on (6)23watt 2700k and (3)23 watt 6500k lights, for a total of 207watts.
