...anyone ever tried this (connected to a aquarium pump)..
I am thinking to supply more air to the roots..
too Macgyver??

mmmm....i thinks it wouldn't push out to much because of the dirt....unless you built a box around it
but what do i know...just a thought

YOu're going to try and bubble soil? In an aquarium, the oxygen dissolves into the water at the surface interface, and the bubbles really only move the water to circulate. Very little oxygen is put there by the bubbles. What are you trying to accomplish? Why do you think you need more oxygen at the roots?

IM new to indoor growing myself but that don't make much sense to me.if your line is in soil how is the air going get to roots won't soil plug air hose up . I'm baked this morning whilst reading this but I learn something new on rollitup every day. Let us know how it works for ya

idk.. I think the pump would push the air into thae soil,, at least in smaller pots with (perhaps) light mossy type soil. Perhaps put in the bottom of the pot amongst a layer of gravel. Lil too creative probably, but wtf.. think I'll just try it.
