Think its a male??

Hi all, are these the start of male flowers? i have another plant same age that is female cos has white hairs but this one doesent. I need to know weather to pull it or not. Plant is about 10 weeks and outdoors. Any help would be appriciated,

I am not really sure about the left one, but if I can see correctly the right pic looks like white hairs to me...pistils? i dunno, I am new too!

Too early to tell. I do see the Stipules look like they are getting brownish, never saw that before on a plant that looked green.

Think its a male??
