Think i got a hermy!! please help

Hey guys, I have 1 plant that is about 6 weeks into flowering. buds are looking nice and getting crystally. On some of the buds there are these 2 leafy looking thingers poking out. saw a picture somewhere and i think i got a hermy... pics will follow shortly

NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. that sucks man pluck those ugly litlle bananas off if you can. hopefully you can get them to finish up before more naners show up and ripen. Good luck an get to pluckin. go over those chicks with a fine toothed comb
 
thanks for the reply guys.. will try to tweeze the "bananas" as best i can. any thoughts on harvesting now (this was just bagseed) to get room for my wonder woman seeds or should i grow it to maturity?
 
if you only got 2 weeks left let it finish just check it every day or two to make sure no more pop out and if they do pick them.
 
yea i would just go ahead and finish them up or atleast pretty close to done. An make sure you clean thatr room really well after thes crop. Pollen will linger.
 
after closer inspection there seems to be more then i thought. about 50% of the buds have at least 1 spot of male 'nanners. I tried to tweeze as best I could but some I could only get half way out without breaking. They dont seem to be as big as others i have seen so im hoping I will be able to wait it out.
 
its only a few hermi flowers.... just pick them off before they open and you will be fine
 
This far into flowering you really don't have much choice but to grow it out. Bagseed makes for some nice smoke when it's grown and cured properly, but the hermie rate is high.

And this may not be a bad thing altogether because self-pollinated hermaphrodite seeds are feminized. If the smoke is really good, you might want to grow the seeds out eventually. It would be a great experiment to post here if you did decide to pursue it.

Worst case scenario is you'll have the best schwag you've ever smoked.

I do recommend that you disinfect your grow space before you get Wonder Woman in there.

Thanks for the awesome replies guys! I've been lurking around here for about a year trying to gather my knowledge and this is my first time posting. Glad to see that the growing community is eager to help a newbie. This is my first "real grow" using 250 mh for veg and hps for flower, and the fox farms trio for nutes. It sure is addicting and its growing into a passion. Can't wait to get this WW in the ground and get another light for a 2nd closet... +rep to all who helped!!
