Things needed for 400w CMH vertical setup

If I purchase this bulb, a magnetic 400w hps ballast, and a mogul vertical socket with cord is that all I need to run a vertical grow? I want to use cmh for heat issues and a better spectrum of light.

No, you will also need some marijuana seeds or plants.

yes as far as i know thats all you need besides the basics (nutes, medium, timer, fan, filter, etc.)

Get a small desktop fan and place it on the floor pointing up at the bare bulb,and keep it on low,an exhaust fan and filter above the light.

get the philips allstart 330 bulb and a switchable or mh magnetic ballast. you will be much happier. plus the mogul socket
