i have so many orders that they CALL ME when the have my strain coming back in rotation ya right!?!?!
But they do call me by my first name when I call in my orders and usually can expect a T-shirt or last year I got a card signed by *censored in America* in everyones handwriting for Christmas.
NEVER have a had a problem, had some bunk seeds, but never a failed package with or without the guarantee.

usps didnt update mine till the night before.
usually they say it is in Jamaica, NY for 5 days, not this time.
