Yeah looks good. I would try to keep the high temps around 75 but 80 will work also. If you move that ballast out of the grow area you should drop a few degrees Or is that a space heater?

80 degree'sis fine. I keep mine at around 83-85. Are you using and HPS? I cant see what's above the plant.

actually the white thing is a fan, and the light aboove the plants is a fluorescent floodlight 6500k with 4100 lumen 300/65-watt
