Thermal paste drying

should I wait 24 hours for thermal paste to dry? Or can I test the cobs same day? They've had 4 hours to dry.

Not looking to run them. Just wire and test

It never really dries.even the paste on my 14 month old mars panel was still wet when i took it apart and that fucker was hot as hell for 12 hours a day lol.put it together and fire it up

it never dries or it has failed. you apply the paste and place immediately.
