Well it looks like it might make, thanks to all those who posted I wanted to be fair so I took a little advise from everyone, here are todays pic's looks much better already

the new growth looks encouraging. I didn't see the previous thread, but that stalk looks massive for the overall size of the plant.

What do you have in the soil to facilitate drainage?

Listen to the widowman. Blood meal tea will give them a good dose of nitrogen which will help the new growth and darken those leaves up a bit.
 
well I guess that could be the problem I am using 100% organic soil, I was going to get some vermiculite, today and mix it with the soil but I dont know if I sholud add any more stress to it this eaarly in it's recovery but the blood meal I guess would not hurt but since it was over watered for a bit I think I should wait till it completeley dries out before I do it any advice would be aprreciated and if you have not seen my previous thread with the previous pics. look on the forum for a thread tittled cant figure it out.
