there is lots of little burns on the leaves could it be the mylar?

first thing is first it might be the mylar cause there is crinkles in the reflector because i didnt have anything like a measuring tape or ruler so its an noob job

wrinkles will not "burn" leaves. Too much fertilizer will though.

Either nute burn or light burn.

... or maybe spraying the plants when the light is on ... water droplets + light = burn spots.
