Plan is same as every. rent out a space and cover it up with a fake front. Grow buds, have them pay for utility and rent. But not like Super huge HID lights with 60 hydro buckets and a 500+ gallon reservoir. Thinking more like a few tents and a closet grow. Nothing to tip anybody off, especially power and water companies.

What do you think? You don't have to be licensed to be a therapist. Just licensed to get payments from insurance providers. Don't want my name tacked up to an office though with a phone number. thats what bothers me about the plan.

So many office spaces available around here.

Could be any thing.... As long as you pay no body cares..

The only thing that I can think in, is fire inspections..

i thought about this i know a method better then yours but u need to have a few things lined up before u start
1 u need several LLC shell companies made up and ready to go
2 u need a lawyer willing to do the work no ?s asked how u want it done ( rem never tell the lawyer u are doing anything illegal as they must drop u as client if they have morals)
3 u need several false biz plans to fallow
4 have a 2nd criminal lawyer set up on retainer with 10k for your bail (this way if caught u are out with in 12 hours up too 100k bond already to go)

ok here is the trick
u rent the space.........then u black out the windows with paper like they do for new places when they are working /designing it
now every 2 months 10 weeks u change over the lease holder to one of the new LLCs and u restart the clock

in the front of the store space u have it a work area (record some work site sounds to play on a loop during biz hours)......but every few months u change the biz plan it was going to be a yoga but the idea fell tho so it changed over to a vegan whole food restaurant that fell tho to acupuncture office that fell tho to a tax place that fell tho
(understand the place never opens it is just always under work allowing u to keep it shut and covered up the whole time so no chance of anyone walking in to check the place out .......as u are not doing anything really no permits need to be filled no on site inspections or anything ......the ppl renting u the area is the only one u have to worry about and as long as payment is coming in with no idea of what doing then u are set......the work site in the front gives u a excuse to say i am sorry but i can not let u in for insurance reason

the LLCs are just a paper shell game so if anyone does look up it will pass mustard at a glance not set off any flags .....owners changed the new biz model is place

this can work for about 18 months after that u want to stop ........move start the game up again with other renter in a new section

but if u have anyplace that is open is to much of a risk as u need to set up a whole front .....ppl can come in ask what u are doing try to sign up for what ever u do .......the lies just start to compound a smart enough person will figure out it is not what it said it is and then with way world is u get called into FBI as something to look into

Call it a serpentarium or venom research facility. Wear a lab coat coming and going. Tying it to spiders will keep peeps away nicely. Find a unit owned by someone out of state. Owners can and do enter unannounced. Fire Dept. is a big worry. When they come they don't come back for a long time, but you have to get them in and out to be safe.
