Okay, I see "threads" and "balls" - but I'm also seeing pollen on leaves below these "buds".

So...I have a boy, right?

So much for "femilinized" I guess. Only 1 of 6 that lived. Trash it? I have 3 others from a different batch of seeds that are about 4 weeks behind this one (still vegging). Any guidance appreciated...

Yes, trash it. Also, FYI, feminised seeds can produce hermaphrodites, especially if they are under a lot of stress...it's just part of the game.

I took a couple of cuttings - are they salvageable? Thanks for sharing your knowledge...

Cutting will be clones, so I'm pretty sure those will herm as well, but I'm no expert in the cloning department.
