The tops are yellowing

My plants are in there 3rd week of bloom and starting to turn yellow between the veins on the leaves, and the stalks feel hollow. I'v also noticed The plants are not taking in nutrient solution at the rate they should be. I keep the Ph at 6.0. My air is brought in through the crawl space under the house, and is exhausted through a vent pipe to the outside of the house(using carbon filters). I'm using the B.C. nutrient solution system, and Purple Maxx Snow Storm as a Foliar spray. I'v cut the PPM of the B.C. solution by 1/3 as recommended by the directions on the Purple Maxx. My room temp stays between 69 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The one place I do have a problem is the temperature of my nutrient solution. During the light hours it likes to stay up around the 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm thinking of cycling the pump every 8 hrs, 3 hrs. on, 5 hrs off, to see if I can bring it down. The control unit stays outside the growing room.

Thanks
