The Sweet Smell

i have an outdoor dro plant that is about a month old and about a foot tall.Its now beginning to smell like bud at the top of the plant is this a sign it may be a female or do both sex have the smell but only females bud?..i had another one at this stage with the smell but it was lost to hungry bugs.

Males can smell also, but if it smells already and is a month out door sounds like you need more light, is your plant streched, can you take pics? need more info.

an outdoor dro plant? wtf is that fam? you tryna say you found a good seed in a bag of dro and planted it or your growing a plant hydroponicly outside?

I think he might mean mj by dro, dont think he knows what dro actually means. thats just by the looks of your tags j012, just trying to be informitave, please correct me if i'm wrong.

i didn't mean grown hydroponics . dro where i come from is basically bud above mid(regs/shwagg) and below piff(kush/NL ext.) i know i miss used the term and ill get some pics up this week. i got some seeds out of a decent half i had and i have some other plants that are a couple weeks old including more of this same kind,outdoor bud from cali and northern lights im starting them inside then moving to pots outside with soil from my garden which is rich because it used to be a fish pond. im an inexperienced grower but an experienced toker so i appreciate the help
