I think the answer to the first set of questions is learn to read! If you want to let someone grow your weed for you let them smoke it too. If you want to ask repulsively stupid questions go to the Newbie section, it is full of them. I read several books before I even stepped out on this field and when I went to the newbie section I think I forgot about half of it just from reading some of that shit. "I got some seeds out of a bag what do I do now?" Delete your account and then stick the seeds up your ass and wait for them to grow. Sorry I have been waiting for a bullshit post like this to vent. Honestly I think the Newbie section should be thinned out a lot! Some of those questions/people are hopeless and I can't believe they even know how to fucking write/type (for you smart asses). I don't know everything...I am still on my first but shit I know how to fucking read...try it some time.

I looked through as much of the forums as an entire day would allow, did not see any specific references to the questions I had, so I posted it to get quick answers instead of digging through hundreds of threads. Maybe the title was crap, oops. Get over it. How is your life so horrible that you have to wait in anticipation to "vent" (via typing mind you) your daily trials to a bunch of people on the internet that give two shits about your mood? Yes you can, but it takes a long time to revert, and then all of the cuttings will be from a reverted plant.
How effective are the Metal Halide conversion bulbs that are designed to go into an HPS ballast?
They work fine, although providing fewer lumens than the HPS lamp. I think it's better to use an enhanced spectrum HPS lamp.
How long can I veg before the plant is ruined or starts to auto-flower?
You can veg a plant for as long as you have room for her to grow.
What is the smallest space allowable for growing, provided heat and humidity are controlled? I'd guess 1 sqft, and 2 feet high?
Is a plants sex determined prior to flowering, meaning: can you veg a plant, clone it, and then flower it with a mixed result of sexes?

No, it's illegal. You're taking a risk. But the risk is not getting your seeds, nothing more.

The revegging of a plant can be done, but it's too slow to waste time with. After harvest, you must leave some lower buds, and cut back the plant to just those, and put her on veg lighting. In about a month, she will start growth of one-fingered leaves, then 3-fingered, then the branches will grow out of the bud sites that were left. When there is new growth you can switch to 12/12, and in another 10 weeks, you can harvest again.
I'll grow 2 fresh crops in that time.
