The Plant Atm :- Random thai bagseed Possible Orange bud but who knows !

Hi everyone I woke up this morning to notice that my plant had cracked the soil was wondering if anyone could just take a look over the pics and tell me what they think its only like 1cm high so there is pritty much nothing there but tbh i have no clue i it healthy etc. Any input is help to me right now lol





The lightbulb is a 6500k 11watt philips cfl (Very Hard To Find In The Uk Lol) Will This Bulb be ok for now as its so small atm ?
Should the plant be in direct light from the bulb on should it be fully propagated like in the pic below

the light will be fine for the first couple weeks. you can leave the plant in direct light

thinking about getting one of the envirolights as there cheap as chips lol so do you think it looks al good ? thanks for r help btw
