The not so great lakes

Hows it going, im righting from putnam bay right on the great lakes. Anyways, im on a very limitet budget and want to grow ONE good plant. i have 7000 lumens of CFL to light and 8lbs of organic soil and 10 nice seeds. What should I start the plants in to sprout and sex. i want to start flowering immediatly after sprouting. Mayee some large stryofoam coffee cups. any help would be appreciated. Agin i just want one female grown SOG style

don't use styrofoam. its got chemicals in it. go with something made from plastic. I've seen guys cut a soda bottles in half and go from seed to harvest in em. just make sure you put something on the outside to block the light from getting at the roots. that won't be enuf light and a Sea Of Green cannot consist of only 1 plant. Maybe you meant SCROG - Screen of Green. What wattage bulbs are you using? how many of them? Are you planning on flowering the plant with CFL's? If so you're going to need more than for veg and and you need a different color spectrum. If any of this is over you're head just ask and i'll clarify. good luck and welcome.

use beer(plastic) cups.no styro. leave the lights 24/7 for a month then go 12/12.This is how i started and the last pic is 17 days
