what the hell would it mean if swim paid taxes and was caught with the marijuana but you had the appropriate taxes.

Either way if your caught with marijuna,taxed or untaxed you get a schedule 1 drug possesion. Multiple weed possessions can equal jail or prison time. Those caught with their weed untaxed face in adition to their possesion charge, are charged 200% of the tax unpaid, which equals $3.50 per gram over as any amounts 42 grams and up in Lousiana.
