The is no Humidiffer in my country !! please help

There are several realy easy ways to add humidity to a room. I have pet reptiles and I have to keep they're enclosures much more humid than my house.
Some of the easy DIY methods I use:
I place a 1 qt container of water w/ an air stone hooked to an aquarium pump inside the enclosure. The constant bubling evaporates the water slowly, thus raising the humidity in the air. Just scale it up to a 5 gal bucket and a couple of air stones.
My favorite method is to once again use a 1 qt container but instead of the airstone/pump use a fogger like this one http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E5Q8RU...e=asn&creative=380341&creativeASIN=B000E5Q8RU You can use a small low cfm fan to blow the water vapor twoards your plants.
Simplest method of all is to simmer a pot of water on a hotplate.
You could always just mist your plants w/ pure water aswell .

When I was a kid, we would just throw a pot of water on the heater in the room and that would help increase humidity. Man, they don't allow humidifiers in your country, thas fucked up man. lol. What country are you from. theres prolly like an underground black market for humidifiers lol.

there's no need for a humidifier, I've never used one and my plants come out fine.
