The first set of true leaves are a lighter shade of green than the newer ones, is this normal?

The single point leaf that comes in above the cots is going to get consumed by the plant just like the cots, and this is normal. Yours seem to be going pretty early though.

I couldn't say. FFOF is pretty hot so just be careful not to overwater. Should be fine.

I'd leave her alone for a bit and see what she does. I would recommend you keep her in some shade during heat of day until her roots come in a bit more, especially in a hot soil. You can do a 30% shade cloth if you aren't around to manage during the day.

Most of the time I give them shade from 2-3pm to about 5-6pm, not always though.
