i add 2 pic, 1nd is the abnormal plant , 2nd is compare with the normal one......
but the little black spot that i have mentioned is too small too photograph , it's just on the tip of the leaf...and the plant seems to stop to grow up.......
p.s. until now,i havent uesd any fertilizer yet,should i use?
light:4 39w and 6500k flourescent
temperature:13~18 centigrade
water:use PH 6.5 water, and water them till the top of soil has dryed out

it could be fine but coming along slowly or just be retarded, nature isnt perfect, lol
it looks like you have another 5 plants planted the exact same and they are all coming along fine
your temps seem a bit cold

And now, i water them every 2 days,
because it just need 2 days to dry out...it's taking too long?

it doesn't look too bad I've had some look really really weird just wait it out and worst comes to worst you've just lost one. those others look pretty good man.
