Well, 2022...shes here and in full swing, so figured I would go ahead and make a new thread, to document what I have going over here with Dragons Flame Genetics. I assume some people are familiar with me, and many will be new to me and my genetics. For the returning people - glad to have ya back, for the newcomers, welcome to the party! Grab a seat, sub up, and lets get to it shall we!

I've got a lot going on since last I posted, but I'll try to get caught up quickly - I just pulled down my most recent breeding project which was my modified macberry Moonshine work - I made f2s, as well as outcrossed my chosen MMM male to my hareem of jungle hardy moms, as well as a few clone-Onlys that have no business being in the jungles of Hawaii lol.

The modified macberry moonshine is GMO x Macberry Moonshine, and produces rotten skunky bo terps, some get skunky tangerine notes, and some are straight disgusting funky terps....which are some of my favorite.

I used my male selection on my:

Mac dragon #7
Mac Dragon #10
Blackberry Moonshine bx1
Charlies Stank ass

As well as these from others:

Congolese Landrace - pirateshipbaba selection of RSC stock
Cherry Pie - Clone only
Maui Skunkdog - Clone only
White Tahoe cookies - Archives cut from the dispensary
Bruce Banger - Pirateshipbaba selection

And a few others I'm probably forgettting

This is the Mac dragon #10 - This one is denser, with more blueberry forward terps. She is like the mac that is a bit hard to get to take pollen, but shes one of my most mold resistant here in hawaii, so ill be continuing to work with her...someday Ill likely reverse her as well.

The next run we are doing is going to be one for a preservation.

last year, I made my P-1 Stock off of Snow high Seeds Vietnamese Dalat. I only ended up with 1 male and 1 female, not the best for preserving a gene pool....So I tracked down some p1 work the blackcatgenetics did, and I popped several dozen of my p1 work, and 2 dozen of black cats p-1 stock he made using John / Snow High stock, and Ill be using both P-1 Generations in a somewhat Open Pollination - I will only remove any herms or any very week plants.

Ill also be throwing a mac dragon #7, #10, the Blackberry Moonshine bx1, the sherbadough (archive) White tahoe cookies, and Cherry pie in the greenhouse cycle as well to be seeded by the dalat hierlooms as well.

Under the blue tarp I have 25 gallon pots cooking up, soil is on its 5th or 6th run now, top dressed with some nutri pellets, sprayed some lab and imo on the pellets, and letting cook up while the dalats fill in their 1 gallon pots. Then into the 25s they go, will veg long enough to pull clones off everything then flip.

Should make for a fun preservation!

And no DFG thread is complete without a few shots of the beautiful island we call home. These are from the keauhou bay, took my lady there last week for her birthday, did the night manta tour. Pretty incredible to see 15foot wide mantas spinning right in front of you eating tiny plankton. Something not soon forgotten!

Damn those outside pics are gorgeous, love where you live!

Do you mainly do plants indoors or some outdoors? They look fantastic nice colors.

Here in hawaii Im strictly outdoor / greenhouse no indoor. When I lived on mainland I had various indoor setups over the years, generally 10-40 lighters indoor, with 48-99 full term plants a hoopie gh for breeding

I have received your "Vietnamese black" seeds in my recent order. A very big thank you by the way/not expecting freebies. I am strictly an indoor grower here. No where to do a outdoor grow here now mostly due to rippers/not law. I assume these are an heirloom sativa strain?? Can these be grown indoors/tent grown? Flower times? Probably cannot grow these successfully indoors/or takes a very long flower time?? Been growing 30 plus years and never tried a heirloom sativa indoors.
