The test works off active THC's in your bloodstream not total thc level. Therefore if you smoke or vape 2 grams daily in my humble opinion expect to be "over dui level" for at least 3 days and up to 7 after last use.

I once lived a few blocks from where the incident you mentioned happened, it was inevitable it was a busy street full of people who hardly ever paid attention and would rather risk their life than cross 300ft in either direction to a cross walk. All charges were dropped though, I posted a link some time ago I could dig it up if you'd like. But as I said all charges were dropped.

yea that DUI shit worries me I would consider my self a heavy user, so if I vape over 2 grams a day would it take 30 days to pass their test or what? I am out of state and this is the first time in years that I dont wake n bake and I have pounds of cronic just waiting for me back home.

Before I left I heard on the news about some guy stepping out in the dark and was at fault got hit n killed his fault but the guy driving tested pos for pot and was arrested for vehicular homicide

The new DUI laws will be tested in courts and proven to be flawed. The legal system cannot afford to take people to court and lose, seriously. Just be patient and see.

And you can still go medical. I plan to in the next week or two. First my girl will go medical since she has some medical records that just need to be applied to a medical rec. I have not been to the doctor in years and need to see a doc and complain about some pains. Then I can take that and get a rec.

We have a nice spare bathroom we are going to convert to a flower room and will just veg and keep mothers alive in our big bed room. Should be fun. I will put my little vegging plants in my bedroom window part of the day.

I'm a tired and can't remember where the article is, my information is based on a 50 page pdf from the California branch of NORML. And there are a lot of factors involved but the chief being amount of use and regularity. Second the statement is an opinion based on the limited knowledge I have of this person situation and therefore as I stated my humble opinion, not to be confused with hardcore fact. But I err on the side of caution personally especially with felonies.

The dispensaries are for crap now that they been out for awhile. And there is little in the way of dependable prices across the board. Down south in Pierce Co. it's really bad, quality is in the toilet. Everything passes to unsuspecting patients who don't know any better, and often the real dank never makes it on the shelves but goes to private stashes out the back door for higher prices nobody talks about. The old black market mentality still rules supreme. I have no idea where ur finding decent bud at most disp. for just $140-180/zip. Most on the menus has run $240-280, even $300 for supposed top shelf meds. Sure, if you know the right people on the streets u can pick up something decent for $160-180/zip. But most dealers have been getting $240-280/zip for awhile for something good. Any who thought cannabis becoming legal medically or otherwise would drop prices with a product avail over demand is little more than wishful thinking.

Edit: Thought I should add that every sample of Vortex I've come across from disp or on the streets has been garbage. It looks, smells and tastes just like the online descriptions say. But there's less than anything to write home about with a weak high- no second gear.

Yeah I voted for it. And now I can smoke it in my house in open view, I can take an ounce over to a friends house and don't have to worry about being pulled over by a cop.
Unfortunately many who believe such have found out the hard way that when law enforcement encounters these scenarios it all falls into a meaningless legal limbo left at the discretion of officers who still hold to the strict federal stance. There's no such protection as so many naively assume, particularly if law enforcement detects an attitude on the toker's breath.

Edit: Any who lived thru the, "Just say no" dayz knows there's no way The Drug War types will give in or back off. It makes them look bad, they lose? Sure, they'll never gain the public sentiment they had when their, "send the right message" propaganda lies still had teeth, but they're not gonna' cave that easy.

I haven't heard of any prosecutions in state for simple possession since the law passed and I know of several cases that were dropped. The Federal announcement yesterday was definitely a welcome addition however.

Why would they have to show a card? Anyone can have up to an ounce on them. From the Seattle Police Blotter.

Can I legally carry around an ounce of marijuana?
According to the recently passed initiative, beginning December 6[SUP]th[/SUP], adults over the age of 21 will be able to carry up to an ounce of marijuana for personal use. Please note that the initiative says it “is unlawful to open a package containing marijuana…in view of the general public,” so there’s that. Also, you probably shouldn’t bring pot with you to the federal courthouse (or any other federal property).

legal or recreational Mj in wa is soley produced/processed/packaged/sold by a 502 grower . . . . technically you would have to say you found it to be legal . .. . . or in a real grey area . . rec weed in wa will be sold by serial number(which dont exist yet)

so if their aint no serial number with a database of info on your oz it aint recreational

Because there is no legal place for anyone over 21 to buy weed at the moment

Where can anyone but MMJ patients buy their weed legally???? Nowhere..... the licenses haven't been handed out yet

The cop asked to look at her cell phone..she gave it to him....she said the cop checked her messages to see if she was dealin

It doesn't matter if there are places to purchase weed legally or not. It is 100% legal for you to possess and you aren't required to say how it came into your possession.
