So been on methadone for 18 months or so due to a botched operation / over prescribing of narcotic pharmac pills leading to dependence on them .... A couple cookies do the trick for me but as am scared of the withdrawal from methadone I still take it . Am cutting down at a reasonably quick pace , hoping to be opiate / benzo's free within 12 months / current dose is 120 mg methadone daily , plus / xanax diazepam , just having the cookie I can get by on just the methadone ... Cutting 5mg per week off dose and will see how im coping in a fortnight or so
