I have a good bit of Ink and I have wanted a cool pot leaf for some time and last year I met a cat who wanted to do a full Cola instead and recently I just started the long process. This is Space Queen with some Purple coloring added and its actually a Picture out of the book of Dank which is kinda cool as well. My tat guy is carded as well and we are doing this in trade so I am literally growing this tattoo.

Lets see what we have so far.

Yes it hurts beyond belief and I am not really into pain but I want this really bad so I am dealing with it.

That purple shading is really making that tattoo. Have you thought about/ask for a sample of maybe some thin black outlines when its done? (My Opinion) I think that would set it off.

i have my whole back covered. full color portrait style. huge lotus on the bottom right where you got started on yours, and that is the most painful fucking spot. ugh. hate the lower back. it gets easier the farther you go up though man. hang in there!

I have a half back job Sub and it hurt like hell, not to mention it was a coverup so it hurt even more... Love the idea of a bud tattoo... Considering how much ink I have and how much I smoke it amazes me I haven't thought of it before...

Its going to look pretty damn awesome when finished, please keep posting pics...

hopefully it turns out as well as it looks drawn on paper! really though it looks like it could be sick, but the artist will be the one who makes it cool or cheesy.

We added some more Purple up top so now he needs to work some in the middle of the piece so that it blends better. I think I may add another leaf on the left side and beef up the right so its not airy on that side. I am totally happy with it though it needs a few spots here and there worked on and that will happen after the cup.

i have to admit that when i read the title of the post, i was expecting the worst, but i have to admit that that tat is gonna be pretty sick when all is said and done.. i love the layout on the transfter paper and hope the tat turns out as nice..

Its done and I totally dig it that dosn't mean after its healed and I live with it awhile I wont make a few more changes but I wanted a bud on my back and I absolutely have that!

If you compare you can see how he used Purples and magenta's to blend it all together.

Up top I may want more detail but that has a great deal to do with my pain level and less with his skill. He will be glad to stab me repeatedly untill it looks exactly like I want.

This is most likely next though.
