The Booms

I've used some sterilite boxes to grow mushrooms in the past, but I'm in the process of starting two separate basement grows. One which is my good friend's basement. The mushrooms will be psychedelic there. It is naturally damp environment it just needs a good cleaning. The other my girlfriend has a wicked big basement that she said I could use for whatever. I'm planning on doing gourmet mushrooms there because she has kids in the house. I'm only going to build a couple shelves at a time but eventually I'd like to fill both basements full with shelves.

I've worked with small environments but I just want to make sure I am not forget anything. Do people with larger grows just crack the basement window for air exchange to remove co2 every now and then?

I need to get a couple bread racks, humidifier, some plastic sheeting, some straw and maybe a little more dried poo. I have a glove box, a couple pressure cookers and I need to make an incubator which I have done before. Any suggestions on what I may be missing or tips on environment controls for larger rooms? Thanks ahead of time and peace to all my brothers.
