The Best Seed Challenge

What do some of you think is the best seed for the price, with the highest THC content? Femenized or non.

I'd like to see what the highest THC content for a "Good for Beginners" plant would be, and I'd also like to see what the highest THC content for "Good for Advanced" would be.

I think I read somewhere that green house seeds produces a Haze strain that's 23%-----who knows if it's that high but that's what they state.

Highest I've seen was 18% - 23%. Those were for intermediate to pro growing. I'm trying to find something intermediate for myself and a beginner for my buddy. Going for the highest THC content with easy to grow. Something like Big Bud but more potent.
