I'm interested in knowing a little more behind the inner workings of a trichome. I've seen the pictures (god knows we all have) of the trichomes through the microscope, saying that Milky = Optimum THC levels and Amber = THC is degrading.
If thats true, what exactly does it degrade into? And is that really such a bad thing? There are many other pyschoactives present in cannibas other than THC, are these psychoactives found in amber trichomes more than milky trichomes?
Suppose you kept a pure indica strain in 12/12 for over 12 weeks- what would really happen to that bud if you harvest it so late? Has anyone tried an extremely late harvest to see/feel the effects it has?
