I agree. I got rid of all non-stick cookware many years ago for the same nagging reason. "Don't heat above X degrees", etc. Fluorocarbons kinda freak me outI have a fear ... more visceral than entirely rational ... that PFAs might be a health disaster in the making. They're totally bioinert, y'know, like asbestos. I imagine a very long stimulus/response cycle made worse by the long long residence time in the body.
