Thai-Skunk?

Hey all,I am new to this site and have some questions about the strain I am currently germing.I am germing some Thai x Skunk and would like to know what kind of a ride am I in for?I know it takes forever and a day to flower these things,but are they hard to grow? Am I as an amateur in over my head with this strain?Also what kind of yield and potency can I expect?I did some research on it and know what the site says about it,but I would like a few first hand experiences.Any info is much appreciated!

hi buckbud im growing some thai x skunk at min too ive not grown it b4 but itscoming on gd its week 4 of vegin and the talest must b 3ft tall and looking realy healthy how old are yours i found germinating them was 100%

I'm just germinating them right now.I ordered them from 420-seeds.They came today and I have them germing right now.So they aren't hard to grow?Are they pretty self sustaining or do they need a good amount of attention?I'm not overly experienced with growing my own weed.Will that matter?Good to hear yours are doing ok bro'.I hope everything goes smooth for ya'!

wen those babies are 12 days old, start flowering , because those babies are gonna stretch, fast wen they are three weeks on up.

not trying to tell you wat to do or nothin, but if you grow indica plants they will finish usually at two foot , wen you start flowering at 12 inches.
most dont get over 2 and a half feet tall max . you will get alot more per square foot and b e knock out weed . this plant here is my blueberry indica from my last grow.wat is lst??

Buck how much room do you hav I think that thi skunk is a sativa. They will get huge and what kinda of lights are you usen

LST is Low Stress Training.Bonze I have a whole basement to devote to this grow,so space isn't an issue.The site I got the seeds from says Thai Skunk is 75% sativa and 25 % indica. I'm going to be using CFL's for this grow as it will be my first grow and those seem the simplest.I know that HPS and MH are better but I'm not exactly rollin in dough at this point in time,so I can't afford the high electric bill that would accompany the use of those.Also I know there are alot of other strains that are better for a noob like me,but something about this plant just makes me want to give it a shot.So keep the info and questions coming guy's and don't worry raider any info you can throw my way is appreciated.Keep it comin'!

I know what LST is and when I said how much room I am talking about height so if your in a basement you hav 6 foot maybe!!!! And when ever you start to flower it will trippel in size maybe. Cuz what you are growing could get 10 to 13 foot just try to give a helping hand.As far as that goes i like that strain aswell Thats all good luck

yea my orange bud looks rediculous in 2 gallon pots and 4 ft. talll. flower clusters are forming, so it should slow up. i have 9 in a closet. setting on a platform . underneath the platform is hanging florescent lights . so i hope it doesnt hit the roof

Bonze, Raiderman was the one who asked what LST was. My bad,yeah I have about 6 or 7 feet to work with down there so I might be ok.How resilient is this strain to disease and pests?Didn't mean to offend bonze your input is appreciated,I'll take all the help I can get!

if you want help, you may need to spell it . i'm not real hip to initials like i should. but i have been growing probably the best youd ever smoke in your life for 10 years straight . this pic in my avitar here is my last grow.got 20 dry ounces of hashbud..llets try and keep it simple

it will stop growing height at day 21 and start fiing in . you may have to tie the branches down since they will be tall . i will post my pics tomorrow wen i get this instict phone activated tomorrow.

Its all good just giving my input cuz i was thing of growing it outdoors!!! But I do hav 12 foot to the top of my grow room cuz I live in a old farm house. So let me know how you come out. Good luck

yea attitude seeds gives free 5pac of seeds with order. they give me a 5 pac of thai skunk the other day.

I got mine from 420-seeds.I have all 10 germinating with the papertowel between two plates method. 1 has the root showing and another is cracked open so far.I have a question for ya though.Do i have to use a starting mix or can i just put em in pro-mix right away?

I'm growing Thai x Skunk now. Check my sig. 31 days of veg under 400w MH/HPS. I didnt know anything about this strain/crossing when I planted them. Which seems to be a mistake after reading this thread. I have very limited space. LOL. Hmm. Damn

Getting firm buds is close to (get off my back cfl junkies! it's true!) impossible with cfls. Just save yourself the time figuring this out for yourself (like me and all the former cfl-ers out there.)

Between it being half skunk and a hybrid, it should be sturdy. It might be hermi prone because almost all of the thai landraces are.
