Morning Matt,
This is the question I am least suited to answer but I will do my best. I am not an outdoor grower myself and my only experience with that aspect is through 3 very large gardens that I have access to where we test TGA gear in massive conditions.
Two of these gardens are located between Portland and Seattle and IMO its some of the worst finishing conditions I have seen. Mildew and mold are just a part of there grows and you can see both in detail on these two threads

The other garden I get to document is in Nocal and it has much better weather and using modern force flowering methods they pull down 3 crops per year in that area.
In those gardens I have seen some amazing plants finish up as you can see.
Now from all that I have gathered the following incites.
Chernobyl does really well and resist mildew and mold to a great extent, its not immune but it seems to be the last to have any signs when out break occurs.
The JTR also seems to do really well as the Querkle and Qrazy Train
Vortex, Apollo-13 and Space Queen are some of my most resinous strains and the very first to be attacked by mildew in early october once the rain starts and I have seen 8 pound plants just get destroyed due to this. I call these strains soft and while they do well in controlled indoor conditions they don't do well in pooor outdoor conditions. In the high desert where humidity is low all our strains seem to do really well.
Agent Orange and Jilly just get stupid in size outdoors capable of yielding over 10 pounds per plant if you can keep the moisture off until mid October
Matt I am not involved with day to day distribution I am just the head pollen chunker, you would have to contact your local TGA rep which you can find on the website.
