TGA all the way

Hey guys ive been on RIU for about a year now. I am soo happy that i found my way over to subcools thread. I didnt know much about the TGA crew or weed nerds in general until i came over here and when i looked at the TGA by others thread subcool himself started i had a curiosity and kept reading all the subcool threads. Before i was growing to get that huge yield use whatever nutrients i could to improve that. After relizing that the best bud is grown organically i knew it was time to switch. Switch genetics also. I have had some good plants that ive finished in the last year a master kush that was awsome to some but to me i knew there was better there was a handful of other but the pics of the TGA strains grown by everyday people. I saw people post plants that were there first grow that they knew they could have done better and it still looked dank. This was long before i even watched a weed nerd video. Long before i made any supersoil. Upon discovering this whole thread it seemed a whole new world opened up in a way. A world of dankness that few know about it seems. This thread with subcool here and actually doing his thing with us is one of the best kept secrets on the web and for anyone that grows or think they can grow. This thread over here is genuine with compasionate people that are legit here and humble something you rarely find on the net. Anyway this was like 3 months ago that i stumbled in here. Im one of those people that when i find something i love doing its all over. I watched all the weed nerds in a 2 week period i think the school of dank and made my supersoil up. I ordered my first batch of TGA beans Qush, Ripped Bubba, and chernobyl. a pic of those in a min there at 20 days flowering right now 18 in the picture. I planted 3 beans of each strain and ended up with 2 females each for 6 total. It doesnt stop here tho i keep ordering TGA the next order was Time wreck, pandoras box and space bomb. there all around day 25 or so. The seedlings are Ace of Spades, Vortex and 3rd Dimension. My ultimate goal is to run through as many TGA plants as i can this winter inside. I am a legal medical patient with a card and two family members with cards they live with me but dont grow there plants i do. Both are pretty messed up. So heres some pics from today get you started off right ill post some pics as we go along. Ill also post some pics of the Ripped bubba, qush and chernobyl from veg. All flowering plants are in 10 gallon pots with supersoil. The plants are under 1800 watts total 1 x 1000 2x400 for the ends and sides. I hope some people follow along with me. oh yeah the seedlings are like 9 days from popping the soil. The last pic is a space bomb from seed with all the clones i took from the flowering RB,Qush and chernobyl.

So my main goal it to go through alot of TGA stuff and try to find 6 keepers which shouldnt be to tough from what i have seen. So right now i have 9 difft TGA genetics in various parts of growth. Im going to need to get my next order ready here cause i guess if subcool gives hemp depot his endorsment then i guess there alright i have seen many people on here use them so i guess a money order is in line. My next 3 i was going to get 10 packs of each i was thinking cheesequake, Appolo 13 and either JTR or possibly the agent orange its so tough to decide.

I really wish i could find more of the pictures of them early in veg they were transplanted in there 10 gallon pots and given 2 weeks to grow into them then they blew up when i switched the light down to 12 heres kinda a progression through. Im just lovin this supersoil the plants seem to love it. Very satisfied TGA customer so far.

Do yourself a favor and put Querkle on your priority list. I'm also a big Subcool fan, my favorite : 1-Querkle 2-Jack cleaner2 3-Apollo13*Vortex

yeah i want the appolo 13 x vortex i saw that the attitude was sold out and hempdepot didnt have it on there list they had the appolo and the vortex I hope that i can find some i was gonna get it last order but forgot. If Hemp Depot has it i will def order it now that i found there TGA packs are 10 packs and almost the same as a 5 pack from attitude im just gonna have to go with the better deal. My goal is to go through atleast a 10 pack of each i know this will probably take a few years but thats ok.

I guess i could get the Appolo and try to make my own Vortex x appolo cross i have some vortex goin and then when there back in stock compare it i would only do it if i had some exceptional plants.

flowering Apollo13xVortex right now. Love TGA as well. Even just surfing through vendors something about TGA and Sub reaches outs and grabs you. The truth of their efforts ring clear.

I was watering the second round of plants tonight that are just at a month or 31 days now. I planted 8 seeds all germinated and popped the soil within 48 hrs. Being is that its a month since i started them i started overlooking them for some preflowers to hopefully determin sex. Its still pretty early but about half of them showed what they were. 3 space bomb where planted and of those 2 are female im pretty sure like 99% the 3rd plant hasnt showed. 2 Pandoras box went into the soil and 1 of them is female the other hasnt showed. 3 time wreck went into the soil of the 3 one has shown male the other two i dont know one looks like its got female preflowers but its still too early to tell. So of the half that showed sex after one month 3 out of the 4 were female. If it keeps like that 6 of the 8 should be female thats great odds. The first 9 seeds i planted of TGA 6 were female. I can already tell the difference in the regs vs fems. This overly anxious weed nerd is off to smoke some hash have a great night u all.

its now day 28 of flower so these pictures are almost a week old. All of them are putting off trichs more than most of the other strains did the whole time they were flowering it could also be that i have it more dialed in than i did before who knows. I have picked my favorite of the bunch and there the smaller of the qush and chernobyl both have insane lemony smells to them on the qush and the chernobyl is a fruity sweet smell like a vicks lemon cough drop. both of them are covered in trichs you cant really tell from these chincy pics i took with the shitty camera. Tommarow im planning on upgrading one of my lights from a 400 to a 600. right now the plants are under a 1000 watt hps with 2x400 one hps and one mh there on the ends i need a little more coverage so the 600 with its power conversion and light output should kill the space i need covered more light than the 400 also. So the flower room will have around 2000 watts with the option to upgrade another 800 if need be probably wont tho. So tommarow when i pull them out to put the light up and connect my ducting and all that i will take some better pics with the nikon cool pix for you guys. These TGA strains are the bomb from what im seeing i was hopping for a more JTR dom pheno in the ripped bubba but maybe in the other couple beans i have left.

Question also for the supersoil users. Its my first time using it and im in 10 gallon pots. When i water i give them atleast a gallon to a gallon and a half and it runs out the bottom but it seems to be drying out a bit fast and the girls are getting a bit burned in places the supersoil sat for over 10 weeks so its good and ready. I think the pots may have gotten a little dry but not dry enough to where the leaves drooped and looked sad. How much water does everyone water subcool suggested once every 4 days works best. They seem to suck up most of the water in about 3 days and burn themselves. They are doing excellent flowering much faster than any plants ive done before and they love the supersoil I cant say that tho for the LA confidential in the 10 gallon smart pot shes still adjusting. No pics of her tho.

I feel that there was no real way to justify how the plants looked without good pictures to show how much trichomes and with a shitty camera phone it dont work so i used my video cameras snap shot and it seemed to work i mean it better have a decent snap shot for the money that was spent on it. Its nothing fancy but a few years ago it was lol. The Nikon COol pix didnt work good enough thats the next thing i wanna buy is a nice camera to show off the true beauty. All the ladies have a good amt of trichs but the favorite qush and chernobyl have more both chernobyls are covered tho and its only day 29 I cant wait for the hash off this harvest. I have been loving my hash lately. THe two keepers I have chosen arent the biggest but the two that stand out in the smell and hopefully taste. I cant really say they are my keepers set in stone but both are unique. The qush a Mr clean Lemon Smell heavy. The chernobyl has that whiskey sour smell to her so im hoping thats what she is cause thats what describes her smell best from a trich covered leaf rub from the bottom. Its my first time with supersoil and a little bit of a burn issue but nothing super bad. No complaints this shit is dank. Cant wait for these to finish and rock the pandoras box, space bomb, and 2 time wrecks i have next. I was mistaken on what i thought was a bunch of females i actually had a 50% ratio which is cool i dont wanna run outta space and i think these vortex, Ace of spades and 3rd Dimension may catch up to go into flowering. I upgraded one of my 400s to a 600. So im running 2000 watts right now. Cant wait to see what i harvest im feeling like this is gonna be my best to date.

For these flowering girls are now in there start of week 5 and a 100% satisfied customer. Subcool and the TGA genetics have me hooked line and sinker. This small fish was realed in gutted and thrown into the TGA baitbox. I love the looks and smells coming off the stuff. Heres a little update from last nights watering and mollases treat I really only got the good pics on my fave qush and the two chernobyls. I havent quite found a keeper ripped bubba so no clones will be kept from the two. This could def change as they get closer to finish. I cant wait to see what this room will look like in 2 weeks. Nice even canapoy i have managed to make pretty much mos def gonna be my best harvest. The veggers are the timewreck x 2, spacebombx1 and pandoras boxx1 still have a few weeks too veg before they can go into the back too finish the circle of life they will leave a couple sisters tho or what would you call clones? There geneticly the same as where you took it so you cant call it a kid. I dont know im rambling heres the pics the chernobyl im loving them both so covered in trichs and only about halfway. The first flowering plant pics is the smaller qush which i like space queen looking buds indica plant frame smells of lemons. The more resinous chernobyl is the second pic i took out to photo it smells of hash with a hint of lemon. The other chernobyl has a citrus lemon smell to it absolutly gonna keep both. With a clone from each i will veg them another couple weeks then flower them and make hash will the whole plant on both. Yum Yum. Some pics may be shit but it was late and i was tired. So get over it i dont have the camera that subcool, nug buckets and all them have in the next few months i will hopefully.

I have a few friends ive gotten into this hobby. Last year after all the dispensaries shut down not all but most. It became very hard for these legit patients to grow there own medicine. So whatever I had that i wasnt using as far as equipment (lights, fans, etc) I gave to them to use until they could afford there own. I think i have 3 lights loaned out right now nothing big but 400s should give them a decent enough harvest for a decent amt of meds. My first couple runs with the 400s as a newbie i easily pulled over a qp it was around 6.5 oz so they should be good. Since they are limited in the activites they do I also gave them each a bag of supersoil. Before we were all using the Fox Farm lineup even the powders, Open sesame, beasty bloomz and cha ching. Now its different no more synthetic nutes just the soil water and a little bit of mollases with the supersoil. These plants are by far the best looking ive grown although i did have a couple of the plants get burned from the supersoil but there ok for the most part. My little qush really didnt like the amt of SS i gave her so shes showing me she doesnt like that much. My first time with supersoil its to be expected i suppose. I did the supersoil all followed to subcools recipe to a T. Let it cook for 4 months the only deviation from the recipe was that i used the RO 707 it seems to be working fine. I did start a new batch a few weeks ago that should be finished before the snow starts flying in these mountains. As i have found this hobby my life has gotten so much better. This tho is a whole other story. Like its said Everyones got a story some are just alot more eventful.

Hey man, great post here. Beautiful plants and great story! Subcools methods are like running next to us while we ride the bike or sitting with you on that first drive out in the car... after that its up to you. You're finding out quickly how to dial in your garden appropriately for the new set up and thats great! A few things I've noticed since growing in supersoil:

- When I water, I just go by the looks of the plant and condition of the soil. If I stick a finger in it, and its dry to bone dry I water very soon or right then. If its even a little damp when you go 1-2 inches deep, I wait another 6-12 hours before thinking about watering. I have a schedule that most of my plants seem to be able to adhere to even though I'm growing 5 phenos from a plushberry seed run and 5 other strains. If after I water and any of the leaves become curved or start to canoe I know those ones might need slightly lighter waterings to make them meet the schedule. I always adjust according to how the plant looks and how the soil feels.

- If any plants show burning, theres nothing you can really do but hope its not enough to cause herm or serious stunting. Otherwise, most strains should adjust and start sucking it all up midway through flower or once budset really gets going.

- If any plants show yellowing or signs deficiencies BEFORE day 40 or around week 5 I immediately top dress super soil down the sides and around the top then water with a light tea just to help things along. This usually will boost plants back to full power until week 5 where a fade is healthy and normal. If they fade very quickly and get crunchy or dying leaves around week 5, I just do a heavier tea a few times until week 7.

- Learn vegging plants growth types to determine how much supersoil to use in their containers. So if a plant is growing more like an indica, chances are it wont need as much. Maybe between 35% minimum and 50% full maximum depending on experience with the strain. Start low with your indicas and watch for the fade timing. If they fade early, you can use more SS next run. Sativas can be hungry bitches, I've planted a Jack the Ripper plant into a full SS container because I ran out of base soil. The leaf tips burned a bit but it was my heaviest yielding JTR ever... I now run my JTRs in almost full SS. Start at 50% and work your way up with them. You can even go 50% on all sativas and then topdress and add teas to see how much they can take. Organics are hard to seriously burn with in most cases. Just don't put baby plants or light feeders right into a full container of SS!

Good luck and I hope some of that helps. My hash fueled most of that :bigjoint: Thanks for posting bro!

Yes Hash is good stuff unfortunatly im down to my last little bit of it. I am gonna have to grind up the rest of the stuff im nosome t smoking on too make some more. Its good buds just not up to my standards my friends think my pot taste has become somewhat snobby as of late. Thats ok with me. The stuff i dont smoke really and just give to a few friends when there in need think im nuts and tell me its better than most of what they have seen lately. They to me are just average at that it was like some dinafems supersilver, shark attack, white siberian, blue widow and some Eva seeds venemo. Im not all that big into the kushs but the Nirvana Master kush i had turned out great tasty and trich covered the nirvana Black Jack turned out to be my fave of anything ive done this far until the chernobyls came along up there. The Nirvana Blackjack had two different phenotypes in it one more of the black domina dom. My fave was the more Jack Herrer dom that turned out beautiful turned purple somewhat and covered in trichs nothing like the chernobyl i will say again. It had a great taste tho sandalwood berries and an upbeat high. Thats my personal smoke thats got a good 8 month cure on it now. That plant is the exception that i would love to try and cross with one of TGAs stuff just for fun. It was a fem seed so maybe someday after all my TGA hunting i will get some regs and look for it to do some amateur chuckin. Thanks for the thoughts Daemon my qush burned a good bit for a min there but now shes looking good and doesnt look to be all that stunted she didnt look like she was gonna have big indica type buds as she was more of a space queen dom.

Fuck yeah. Glad you pointed me to to thread. I feel the same way about SS, mainlining, TVA and subcool. I still spend a lot of time on icmag but am spending more and more time on riu. This place has been a game changer. SS singlehandely changed my life. I spend less time with them, less headache but it's a better product. I never thought it would be this easy.

Ok so last night i was doing the watering thing and given the girls a looksie make sure we have no bangcok guys wantin to be girls. Well there was one that had some hermie issues. It was Qush #1 the bigger of the two qush phenos that had some nutsacks growing off her. So it was like a bangcok hooker thats pre op lol. She looked so good and smelled good too even had some bling on her in the form of trichs. But this little bangcok hooker had to go no way she could stay in this club with balls. This club only hosts 100% ladies. well with that said she was moved outside where i will pick them off for a week or so then make her into some hash. she will atleast be over halfway finished maybe i will try to take her to week 7 outside and see if the cold nights can turn her purp at all. Heres some pics of my shemale bangcok hooker. I am truly glad tho that it wasnt the smaller of the qush's becuase thats my keeper the lemon smell old school thing going on with space queen coming out in the smell and hopefully flavor. This hooker qush had the bubba kush smell thats not what im looking for im looking for straight up trich production, flavor, structure, and a little bit yield but not so important. Well since i took this girl out of the flower room the big hole in my canopy is saddening. So now the two time wrecks will get transplanted to final pots and moved back within a few weeks. Have a nice day you all.

Thanks budman i was on icmag for awhile but it just seemed there wasnt anyone posting ever so thats what i liked about this site. I was over at greenpassion for awhile sub mentioned it on a weed nerd but no one is posting over there and you gotta have so many posts before you can post pics and what not. I do love supersoil tho you can tell the plants like it way more than bottled nutes.
