Buy HC's stuff from PPS, which has tested it before release. Otherwise, it should "simply" be a matter of legal product transfers and money. Start by contacting the MMPR labs listed in another thread on this page (Experchem Laboratories Inc. seems to have recently announced that they are ready).

I cant find a legal way to transfer the product from a DG MMAR to a lab. I had a meeting with representatives from a licensed lab who wanted samples to run tests on. I was more than happy to help!....But after the lab contacted HC we were not granted permission to transfer.

We have also been pursuing this, and a lab has told us no problem, send it already, it is all legal. BUT HC is giving us the run around as usual. We will not send marihuana without written permission from them. Jeopardizing your application, possibly, is just not an option. I will keep you posted and would appreciate the same. So far the usual bullshit filler from the bowels of HC. I hate phoning, but I guess I'll have to.
