Tent setup

Hi all,
So to start off, I am trying to dial in my tent. The equipment I have is as follows
36"x20"x63" Tent
600w Dimmable ballast
27" Cool tube with reflector hood (was 22" so had to cut 1/2 away from back side of it)
6" inline exhaust fan 440cfm
6" duct booster 250cfm
12" desktop oscillating desktop fan
Genetics: Trainwreck
ATM I have it setup so the cool tube(ballast running @250W) and hood are hanging about 14" above canopy with the cooling running elbow on left side of tube > tube > ducting out of box > inline > ducting away. With the duct fan sucking air in the left duct opening through duct and hovering just above the elbow, providing cool air to the tent and tube.
I started my grow in a PC case, so I only had 2 plants, which are in the tent now. So given what I have, what setup would give me best yield, be most discrete and easiest to maintain? Moving forward though and not based on 2 plants but rather as many as the set up would allow. I have a bunch of veggies growing DWC and wouldn't mind doing that for the next run. Other then that, cool tube vert, 2 plants either side? Keep the light where it is and scrog? Only problem with the light horizontal is I only have 4.5" either side of the tube. Also I would to put the inline inside the box rather then out, cept at the moment its in a large cardboard box, packed with fiberglass insulation to try and dampen the jet engine sound! But i think a smaller box made from mdf and lined with sound dampening wood, then packed with some sound dampening material better then fiberglass insulation plus insulated ducting, should kill the sound somewhat and fit inside the box?
Anyhow all suggestions/advice appreciated as this is my first grow.
Cheers and thank you all in advance.
