Tent Of Death

I purchased this LED rig KingBrite 250W samsung led grow light with newest LM301B SK bin Qtm board in 3500k all white lights and hung it in
a 2' x4 'x6.5' tent. The temp holds about 71f.

Initially, 8 clones from a crop booming in another 2x4 tent under LED. - turned yellow and died.
Next- 5 perfectly healtly baby plants growing in soil from a sunny window sill. Within 5 days., They turned yellow and died.
Now - 14 fresh seeds sprouted in peat pucks- As soon as they emerged - They streached - turned bright yellow - stopped growing and most are dying.
The stems in soil were planted to save them from falling over. Its miracle gro.

I've tried raising the light. Loweing the light. Dimming it up and down.
Everything turns yellow and dies
Why?

Might be your water source
Definitely not the light (unless you have it 4+ feet away)
Those in the peat pod shouldn't turn yellow like that.
2 things.
Lower your light
Or
Check your water (if it's tap) from your local watersupply company. Should be able to see online what they use to buffer and sterilize the tap with.
If its ro water. Use a very very small amount of some cal/mag. Get those ppms up to about 250-300

Letting water sit for 24hrs with an airstone in a tot helps as well

What is your watering schedule? - I'm a noob and a notorious baby plant drowner - IMHO your soil looks as saturated as mine when I don't pay attention.

I can count the perlite I see on one hand - how's your aeration? Is the soil compacting / compacted / dense?

These are the things I struggled with and (hopefully) corrected this grow.

Actually, I never watered the sprouts after activating the peat pods. The little ones in soil have been barely watered. I think the earlier losses may have been overwatered.
It's a struggle to get this going and I'm wondering if I have a dud for a light ?

I appreciate the guidance. Miracle gro was selected because it was so effective in an earlier effort. photo of that tent attached.

Mist it with a sprayer as a seedling a couple times a day. Every time I see someone say they watered a seedling I see babies drowning in my head.

If you are starting in peat why put it in soil? for that just add more perlite to the miracle grow and stick a seed about 1cm in the soil and spray it with a spray bottle. only cover it just a little. The water sprayed on it should cover it enough. After spraying and keeping it moist (Not wet/drenched) for a about 4-5 days you should have a sprout. Keep the root zone warm.. about 78F A $10 seedling mat and a thermostat should help you sprout in no time.

My 2 cents is "over watered" even in the peat. MG sux in my book in as well. Lighten it up by mixing with coco if you must use it. May want to use my favorite band aid of fish emulsion and epsoms salt foliar for 2 days. Good luck.

They're stretching looking for light, leds can be dropped a lot lower them hid lights.
Put a bamboo in the pot and tie the plant to it to support it standing up and lower your light

OK. I'll give that a shot. It worked on a rouge sprout that is finishing outside now.
It's a confounding problem -though. Nothing so far seems to make plants happy in the tent of death under the KingBrite murder light.

temps way too low for led
there is none or not enough IR to produce any heat, thus slowing transpiration to a crawl.
try getting it up around 80F

what's the distance from light to canopy?
