Temps are Higher with Lights Off

My room is in the attic and during the day it gets upwards to 87 degrees F for the 6 hours in veg when the lights are off. and at night it drops to 70 and at the lowest 67 when the lights are on. The plants look great one has some weird distortions in the leaves maybe i can take a pic with my cell phone later and show you but i think everything will be fine. It is taking longer than I remember when i did it in soil and I wonder if the high temps at day when lights are off are stunting its growth.

switch your light cycle, I run most my lights at night.. saves on ac bills too

they were running mostly at night already. lights went off when it started to get warm in the room from the sun. but ive switched to 12/12 now and am 15 days in. had some problems with my timer randomly turning on and off. but i think i have it fixed.
