Temperature

Everywhere i look, it says between 75-85 or 70-80.

Right now my room is 85 in the day and 70-73 at night, as per the instruction sheet that came with my nutrients. (Holland Secret)

However some folks have told me to keep my room at a constant 77, others tell me that i'm ok. I just wanted to know for sure, as i thought that the higher temp forced the plant to produce resin to protect itself from the heat.
Am i wrong.

Thanks for the Help.:peace:

I think i depends on the strain. I keep my room at about 80 untill i am adding c02 and then bring it to 85 as they respond better to co2 at higher temp. Lights out 72 degrees. Watch your plants try different temps. they will let you know.

Marijuana grows in almost every region on the planet. It grows in high temperature locations as well as moderate temperture locations. 85 degrees is fine. Tempertures become really important when growing hydro ... but here we are talking about nutrient solution tempertures.

Percentage of THC oxidized to CBN in plants grown under "Hot" and "Warm" temperature regimes
Origins:
(A)Panama (B)Jamaica (C)Nepal (D)Illinois

"Hot"(90F-73F): (A)14.3 (B)21.4 (C) 27.7 (D)9.8
"Warm"(73F-61F): (A)6.5 (B) 2.2 (C)10.8 (D)0

Just a few origins but you can compare climates to your own. But anyway, in general give or take around 75 is perfectomundo.
