temperature/cooling problem

I'm a first- timer with a small cabinet set-up, but my cfl's are creating a bit too much heat.. i have one small fan and a few small ventilation holes and im looking for a cost-effective way to add some computer fans/ventilation. How much do i need for 4-5 plants in a 1x2x2.5 tall foot cabinet. I was looking online and computer fans under $20 all require a power hookup that would be inside a computer tower.. anyway around this? any and all help is very much appreciated. thanks.

if you search "computer fan" as a tag in the diu section you should find some threads on ways to wire them.

also, make sure your air intake is at the bottom of the cab and your exhaust at the top.
