I can't call myself a veteran. I'm currently experiencing mid-to-low 30s, and I'm bringing the last three girls (to finish up) inside. Everything else is growing indoors. I started back in early April, and my seedlings were started outside, lows were easily comparable. Those low temps pretty much shut down growth. As long as it's not a hard freeze, it basically seems to shut down growth. Temps of the root-ball makes a difference in these things, too, all my plants are potted. If you're in-ground I would expect better tolerance, though you can't do what I just did a little while ago. Your mileage may vary.
